Foraging for Hairy Bittercress

This is a great wild food for early spring. It's very common and is probably growing near you, perfect for foraging. Bushcraft instructor James Kendall shows you Hairy Bittercress (Cardamine hirsuta) which tastes A LOT better than it sounds 🙂 You can use it just like cress.
