Wild Wellbeing: Life Through A Lens

This activity is aimed at teens studying Key Stage 3 and upward. The video can also be used as a lesson by high school teachers and homeschooling families.

Spending quality time in nature is a proven way to look after your mental wellbeing. By slowing down, taking notice and paying attention we can get into a mindful headspace. Crating your own nature photography is an effective way for young people (and adults) to learn this technique.

Join Lea, a Forest School Leader, as she guides you through this fun activity.
